It does work, the installation is fine and all, but there are enormous issues with the keyboard.
It might take a few tries for the game to recognize a key being pressed, and it very often hapens that the keys ''stick'', e.g pressing the forward button, and Lara will keep running and running even after releasing the button. The only way to stop this is to press the forward button again, but it might not recognize the key press, and after several keypresses it will, but then when turning around the same thing happens.
In this state, the product is UNUSABLE. This was running in compatability mode for Windows 98, and run as an administrator.

Like described for Vista. It installs. Then it will only run in W95/98 mode. But the key presses are delayed already when reconfiguring them. In the game Lara is simply not controllable.
