This article is intended to introduce Mozilla software to those who are unfamiliar with it. Many non-Geeks (and some Geeks) are either afraid to try programs such as these or are so used to what they have that they don't see much point in switching. It is my hope that by the end of this article I may have changed a few minds, or, at least get a few people to give these programs a shot.
