Abit VP6 Motherboard Review

VIA Hardware has posted a review on the Abit VP6 Motherboard. The VP6 is Abitīs offering in the VIA 694x SMP market.
The VP6 uses an integrated Highpoint 370 ATA100 RAID controller which occupies IDE 3 and 4 on the motherboard. To test the RAID, I used a pair of IBM 30gb 75GXP hard drives. Both were left as Master and each hooked up to its own RAID controller to avoid any conflicts. After booting up you have an option to enter the RAID bios. The Highpoint bios is pretty simple and straight forward. I selected RAID 0, which striped both 30gb drives into one large 60gb drive, then exited.
