Watching the formation of a new sport is an interesting activity. We've already got a model for how a sport should be - just look to baseball, basketball, football, or any one of the other professional-level sports we can watch on ESPN. E-sports is, to my knowledge, the first serious attempt to legitimize playing computer games for money. And just like any other sport attempting to get off the ground, it's experiencing its share of problems and growing pains.
