Team Radeon has put up an ASUS Radeon X800 XT Platinum Edition preview

I managed to get my hands on an ASUS AX800 XT Retail Platinum Edition this week and wanted to explore exactly what separates this card from those offered by other AIB (add-in-board) manufacturers. This particular card is starting to show up with vendors although the supply, like any other XT, is still small; the expectation is that this and other XT-based cards will be found in greater numbers during the months to come. The XT certainly has a steep price but performance reviews have shown it to be a strong contender. When your money is in the balance, precisely which XT to snag when you have a choice becomes more of a priority, especially when the prices are close.
