Everything USB has just completed a review on the ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0.

The $99 125-channel USB 2.0 TV tuner can be summed up with the prose, "Ugly is only skin deep". While the tuner's housing is very unattractive, the image quality and features that you never thought you would use make up for the appearance very quickly considering the inexpensive price.
