ExtremeComputing take a look at Enermax's patented fan with speed controller
To make sure the claimed airflow was there at so low speed I decided to use a standard 80mm fan with a speed controller and restrict it to the same speed as the one on test. This will also be done on a CPU cooler and temps will be monitored on both fans. The block will be the same and the tests taken the same.
