GELID Solutions Fan Roundup

Although we do a lot of reviews looking at silent pc cooling products, I must say that a part of me still gets really excited when a new company comes along in this field. GELID Solutions is one of those new names on the block in 2008. Offering a few lines of fans, some thermal paste and with future plans on covering CPU coolers as well, they are certainly entering a tough market that a lot of people are going after right now. Started by Gebhard Scherrer (co-founder of Arctic Cooling) and his business associate VC Tran, both of these men know the field very well. Today we have the opportunity to do a roundup of a few of their current fan offerings; the Silent 12, Silent 12 PWM and Wing 12. I choose to do the 120mm versions of all of these fans because not only are 120mm fans becoming the most common cooling fan size but also because I have lots of other 120mm silent fans to compare them to.
