In a letter released today to partners of Sunbelt software, Alex Eckelberry CEO of Sunbelt Software announced the aquasition of Sunbelt Software by GFI. GFI's CEO, Walter Scott and Mr. Eckelberry will be holding a webinar to discuss the transaction, July 14 for current partners discuss the transaction and what it means for the future of both companies.
