XYZ Computing has just posted a HIS X850/X800 CrossFire Edition Preview
The Computex conference has revealed a number of exciting developments in ATI's CrossFire. This is ATI's long-awaited and well overdue answer to Nvidia's SLI. With the technology in place the burden falls upon the shoulders of the partner companies to make the products which the gamers are dying to get their hands on. This means not only CrossFire compatible motherboards, but also video cards. Unlike Nvidia, ATI does make its one cards, but the partners do play a very large role in product marketing and development.
