Computer Base has posted a review on Inno3D's Xabre400 in german
Most of your may have seen some graphicboards with a Xabre-Chip in at least one or the other online shop. It seems quite compelling at first sight due to its low price and full DX8-compliancy, incorporating pixelshader in hardware and vertexshader in software emulation.
