BurnOutPC.com has just posted their review on the Jetway X1650XT and the Sparkle 7600GT
Performance wise there is a slight difference between the two. The X1650XT beats the 7600GT in 3dmark05, but who cares about benchmarks anyway? It's in-game that counts. The Jetway X1650XT is slightly faster with FEAR, but TDU played much better with the 7600GT than with the X1650XT. The Jetway X1650XT is also clocked lower than the reference card. I saw a couple of other reviews where the X1650XT was marginally faster than the 7600GT on more occasions.
