JVC GC-QX5HD Digital Still Camera Review

JVC is an industry leader when it comes to television, video and sound equipment but they´ve stayed out of the Digital Still Camera market for some time now. That´s changed with their new line of mid- to high-end cameras aimed at the savvy and deep-pocketed consumer. Even their lowliest model can best be described as "mid-range" (nothing cheap from JVC) and their highest end model, the GC-QX5HD (reviewed here) is really just moderately improved from it. This isn´t the very best equipment an amateur digi-photographer can get if price weren´t an issue, and it´s probably just a hair above what the average person needs, but there´s little doubt that anyone buying from this line of cameras will be satisfied.
