No access to Xbox Live till launch day now

Due to a shipping error, a number of lucky Target customers received their Xbox One far ahead of the scheduled November 22nd launch date. Those Target customers received their Xbox One due to a shipping error.

At least this was not an issue because the consoles connected and downloaded updates and even play multiplayer games on Xbox Live. Microsoft has caught on to those early birds and has locked down the Xbox Live for the Xbox One to prevent players from playing till launch day
