Microsoft is launching an internal investigation following what researchers believe was the leak of details of a security vulnerability.

From v3.co.uk:
The company has confirmed that it is looking into the disclosure of the recently-patched Windows Remote Desktop vulnerability. The flaw, which was addressed in the March security update, could allow an attacker to remotely execute code on a targeted system.

Security researchers raised alarms when a working exploit for the flaw was spotted in China shortly after the release, leading many to believe that malware writers were able to breach the Microsoft Active Protections Program (MAPP) security platform.
