In what might be the final feature related update for its Windows RT devices Microsoft has published Windows RT 8.1 Update 3 today for its first and second generation RT hardware.Microsoft quietly releases Windows 10 Start Menu for Windows RT
The update, which brings the Windows 10 style Start Menu to Surface (RT) and Surface 2, is being delivered through Windows Update.
This update is the last gasp for an operating system that never really took off because of its sand boxed nature which meant it could not run x86 programs.
