The Best Case Scenario has a new article on the Mushkin Redline HP3200 DDR Review
The memory is rated at 2-3-2-6 latency but they are hand tested for
2-2-2-6 latency at the factory. Would you expect any less from a module that has Winbond UTT chips under it's heat spreaders? I didn't think so.
