OCIA checks out the Nexus 305 Fan & Light Controller in their latest review.
The Nexus 305 comes with 2 cold cathodes, wire extensions for each of the device connectors, and the 3.5 controller itself. It is available in both silver and black. The Directions were clear and the installation was easy. The only problem you might have would be if you have devices above and below the bay where the 305 is installed.
