Accelenation has posted an Optorite ML100 Corded USB Laser Mouse
To test this mouse in a gaming environment we chose Quake 3. Although an old game, Q3 does provide the consistent frame rate necessary to test the smoothness of a game controller. We compared this 1600dpi laser mouse to a standard PS/2 ball-mouse with a resolution of 520dpi, and a USB optical mouse with a resolution of 800dpi.
