Today we're looking at the Ultimate Edge from Philips. It's based on the Envy24 GT chipset from VIA, and capable of 24 bit resolution with 96 kHz sample rate. Find out how it compares to Creative's latest greatest, and find out how much of an improvement Intel's new High Definition Audio specification brings to today's motherboards (hint: not much)
