Puces3D has posted a french review on the Radeon VE video card

This card is compared to a GeForce2 MX with 3DMark2000 16 & 32 bits, T&L and SSE, with Quake3 Quaver, Unreal Tournament and Mercedes Benz Truck Racing (all in 16 & 32 bits). And Spec Viewperf 6.1.2. We do this review with a Thunderbird 1.33Ghz and 700Mhz (to see the CPU dependency). Of course the FSAA and Windows 2000 are reviewed.
