MBReview has posted a Samsung SV1204H Hard Drive review

Our last visit with a Samsung HDD went quite well, the drive performed nicely, and was incredibly quiet. Since then, Samsung has released their latest drive line, the SpinPoint V60 series. To my knowledge these are the only drives on the market that currently utilize 60GB platters. The SpinPoint V60 series of drives come in three sizes, 60GB, 80GB, and 120GB, all running at 5400 RPM. As with the previous review, this drive line features many of the same technologies that were featured in the SP4002H drive such as NoiseGuard, and SilentSeek technologies. Today I’ll be taking a look at the mammoth 120GB SV1024H drive, pitting it head to head against the 40GB SP4002H, and IBM’s 20GB Deskstar 60GXP.
