Accelenation has posted a preview on the SIS755 Chipset
Since SIS recently released their 964 Southbridge with embed SATA RAID, there was little incentive in designing a completely new single chip solution. By simply designing a new Northbridge chip costs were significantly reduced. However a potential disadvantage to maintaining both chips is the bandwidth limitation that exists between them.
