Virtual-Hideout checked out the Super Talent 2GB MEGA Screen MP3/FM/Recorder Player
The MEGA Screen looks to be available in both a 1GB and 2B versions with the latter selling for around $90 USD. That's a good bit of savings compared to the iPod Nano, which doesn't include the built-in FM tuner!
