Intense Beta has posted a review on Windows Whistler Build 2410
As with Windows 2000, the user must choose whether to perform an upgrade to their existing Windows Operating System ("OS") or "clean install" Whistler and completely erase the previous OS. For this review, I performed both a "Clean Install" and an "Express Upgrade." Like the previous builds, the Whistler installation allows the user to implement the "Dynamic Upgrade" feature, which allows Whistler to check a Microsoft Server for any updates catered to the userīs system. Unique to this build, Microsoft refers to this version as Beta 2 several times during the Express Installation. Furthermore, during the initial stages of the Express Install, "Merlin," the Microsoft Agent, appears and allows the user to select F1 for some general guidance.
