Intense Beta has posted a review on Windows "Whistler" Build 2428.
With the pending release of Windows XP Beta 2, the following review will briefly discuss Windows XP Interim Build 2428 ("2428"). Despite being an interim release, this build is an important step for Windows XP; it previews one of the new visual themes that will ship with this latest Windows incarnation. The newest theme named Whistler (AKA Luna), provides a vibrant new look for Windows and results in increased usability and productivity. Despite its seemingly recent introduction, Luna provides a stable computing environment and has surprisingly few bugs.
