Normally when I review a product, I formulate my opinions within the three to four weeks that I actually have the product for testing. This is not so with the Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu. Nearly all of my friends have this heatsink in their systems and I have already had quite a bit of experience with the Zalman 7000. In addition, I currently have the CNPS7000B-AlCu in my system, which is the same heatsink but with both copper and aluminum fins. While I already have a very good idea of how this heatsink works and how it will perform, I am still taking a bottom-up approach and will present an objective review of this heatsink based on my current findings. With that in mind, let’s begin by taking a look at the package and its contents.
