Any solutions to the new Win XP problem?

Today I had 3 cases of WIN XP systems not being able to log in due to some hacker problem! the story is somebody changes the administrative password and changes all the account to Limited account with VERY limited access to everything.

Recently I added a 512MB DDR to my system and discarded the 256 and 64MB PC133 sticks. A week after this I starting getting system freezes, random reboots and blue screens. Today I opened my computer and the PSU had these numbers on the label.

I have tried ever Flash i can find to get the 1. 18 agp bois update on my card but all i get is a issue stating that the flash needs banshee or voodoo3 send me email or a message or post a valid link to the flash that i need to get my bios to update to 1.

Hey all. i formated my system today - well lastnight - Xp - SP1 - office XP - Sp2 a few other small apps in so far. and i can not run any. msi installers!! all i get is: i have tried a dozen fixes from the web i could find but none are working!! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!.

Windows XP will not boot with two sticks of 512 MB DDR

Hi i just got 2 sticks of 512 MB PC2700 64Mx64 from Crucial. the problem is the system boots up properly (it will post and Raid Fastbuilt works) with two of them installed, but it just sits there and won't load Windows XP.

I know this could be considered a software issue but if you bear with me you'll realise it's an Operating System issue. If I install Cd Anywhere or Virtual Cd, (both of these programs are for Windows 98/ME/XP) onto my Athlon XP +1700, 768 MB, 40G HDD + 80G HDD system running Windows XP, neither of these programs work.

8 GB limit on a Pavilion 8240

I'm up against the classic 8GB limit on a 15GB HDD. There is no bios update, it is a 430TX chipset with a PII 233 processor in a Pavilion 8240 system. Is a bios issue, chipset issue or is it a processor issue? Is there anything that can be done or am I screwed? This is running FAT32 and eventually loading 2k.

Basic dial up question

When I open Opera or Mozilla (I refuse to use Idiot Exploiter), the dial up adapter doesn't start. Only in IE will it call it up. If I start it up manually all is fine. I have been blessed not to have to use dial up for 2 years with DSL I forgot what to do.

I was noticing today that every post in the forums has the persons name and the level of membership. The level of membership seems to coincide with the number of posts that person has made. Junior member is under 20 posts (I think) member more than 20 but less than.
