[win2k] auto hibernate 5 minutes after "wake-up"

Hi all, I'll try to explain my problem as clearly as possible. When i recover windows 2000 from hibernate (i'm using the word recover but i mean i'm just booting up the pc that i put in hibernate before) and i don't use the computer within 5 minutes after the wake-up from hibernate it returns in hibernate autmatically.

I'm using XP Pro. When I initially installed it, I set it to log into Windows without a password screen. A couple of weeks ago when I had to reboot, it started up ans displayed a password screen that more resembles Windows NT.

Ok this may seem a little complicated but I'll try to explain. I've just installed an email server on my machine with 10 different mailboxes. I've got another piece of software that collects the POP email from the ISP and delivers it to the correct mailbox on the email server.
