Does a D845BG support HyperThreading CPUs?

Hi Gang, I think I read that i845 chipsets won't support hyperthreading. However it seems like there are a whole sleu of 845 chipsets with different revisions. Perhaps I'm just mistaking all the motherboard flavors with varying features, but then again I could be right.

I know next to nothing about windows programming. That is something that they don't teach much about where I attend. What exactly does a dll file do? This is what I'd like to do. I want to write a very small application (preferably in c/c++) that integrates into the right-click menu.

Anyone know how to eliminate the single-colored polygons that randomly appear near the horizon in WWII Fighters? (I run the game using QFixApp 95 or 98 layer fixes with JoystickEmulation off) I've reduced them substantially in WW2Fs 3D options by selecting 'accuracy over speed' and by running it in 32-bit color.

I erased a tape here and did a test backup, which worked fine. (media created today june 16 2003) Then I stick in a new tape and removable storage reports this new tape created last week. (Jun 09 2003) (Daily backup for that day) I want to then test restore from that day.

I replaced my QDI BX chipset mobo with a celeron 300A @ 450 with a ABIT VH6 with a PIII 800. I'm running windows XP sp1, and after replacing it didn't even boot, so I did a repair of my windows install.

Everytime I connect to the net by dialup this service runs with 99% of my cpu. I cannot make any internet connections until I manually kill this service. I have a total of 3 running. What the hell is this and how the hell can I make it stop pissing me off?.

Over at Bjorn3d. com they think UT 2003 was a slight disappointment, which I agree, and they say this because the game feels like Quake 3. Quake 3 is better than UT and UT 2003 because it requires SKILL.

ok, i have a mates win 98 (not se) laptop and whenever it boots an internet explorer window opens and trys to connect to the web ! Pain in the. . . . . . i can't see anything in the startup or in msconfig! any ideas thanks Frog.

(98SE on a Dell 233MHz Laptop) This machine is on an office network with DSL. The DSL is spilt to 10 stations via a router. This laptop was working fine for a couple weeks. Then the user put Sprint ISP on there for when he was not at the office.

I have a us robotics external modem. It works fine. The problem is when it connects faster than 33. 600 (e. g. 37. 333) and I'm downloading something or just surfing it rarely reaches 1kb/s. If it connects to 33.
