I had to format and reinstall my computer I finally installed my NVIDA 23. 11 detonators and my on board sound an decided to play Jdoom everytime i start playing i get an error called RPC and says it needs to restart my Pc.

I will be setting up a server for a client and need to know if NT4 server is comapatable with xeon processors. Somebody had mentioned that as NT doen not support hyper threading and xeons do - they may not work.

I've successfully setup and configured a Windows 2000 Pro SP4 distribution share that is fully unattended and working fine. I've created the same thing for XP SP1. I've made the distribution share (SERVER1\winxppro$) and assigned FULL ADMINISTRATIVE permissions to the share (for diag purposes only).

i have a hard drive that i need to image to a slightly larger hard drive. the image on the new hard drive must be able to boot as teh old one did. the hard drive i need to pulll the image from is formated fat32 with win98 installed.

Do old dos games really run well on win9x

I have a dual boot machine machine with win98se and win xp sp1 I installed win98se only to play my old games. So far I have seen for past 3 months that only a few games (1998-2001) run which didn't in win xp but the dos games run most unsatisfactorily.

Hello Recently my Soundblaster Live 5. 1 card suddenly stopped playing mp3's or any sound at all. I have Windows XP, Viav KT400 Motherboard, Athlon XP2200, Geforce 4 Ti4200, Soundblaster Live 5. 1 When I try to go to creative's mixer or speaker settings I only get mixer not found.
