situation i have win2k3 with ics as my main network server it is connected to cable modem and has private ip address of 192. 168. 0. 1 i have another server 192. 168. 0. 2 on teh private network i setup a dynamic dns service on the main server so i can get to it over the internet without needing to know what the ip is.

Hey, just wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. I Windows XP (SP3) my download speeds gets to around 120k/sec (which is normal, i am using 1mbit cable) but then suddenly drops, sometimes raises again then suddenly drops again.

I ALWAYS get messages from my firewall that some services and other applications want to connect to the internet. I didnt have that problem with win2000! I used antispy software and others programs to disable winXPs spy features, but they still try to connect.

Hello Fellow Techies, I have a slight problem. Here we go. I had Windows XP Home :x , and (well still have) I made a new partition on my 40gig drive and installed XP Pro. Now everytime it boots into Pro I get some kind of Video error and never get past the blue moving thing.

I have a Windows 4. 0 server sharing an application in a small domain with 3 Windows 98 machines and 3 Windows 2000 machines. All users have the same rights to the shared application. One machine is slowing down the rest of the users speed in the application.
