bt not connecting

using a bt dial up sometimes when i connect i get a page saying you have not connected correctly click here. When i re create a dial up connection it connects fine, but this happens regularly, can anyone tell me y!! I am using win 2k and ie6 thanks RF.

tvtool 9 sends information to the net??? What address?

I've noticed that TVtool 9 checks the internet to verify the key and username every once in a while. I don't know if it is also sending other information out. I'm a real freak when it comes to not giving out information and blocking connections I didnt want and didnt make.

Hello. I've recently switched to from Win2k to Win98SE, because, in my opinion, it's the best gaming OS out there. Now, I've already encountered two problems: The first is that I can't map the network drive of another computer in my LAN, which is using Windows XP.

For some reason, after I have xp installed for a little over a month, it begins to take so long to start up. I dont have many things starting up when I start up and even turing them off still leaves me waiting at the welcome screen for a while, expecially if my system crashes, in which case it could take over 5 min ...

Out of scan range error on ATi 9600

Folks, I recently upgraded to a ATi 9600PRO vid card from a Geforce4 MX 460 (it's a long story). Now, at intermittent intervals the screen will go black and a Out of scan range message appears. Sometimes I can shutdown, but others the only option is reset.

ATI Radeon 7200 ghosting problem CATALYST

I updated the drivers using CATALYST Windows XP 3. 8 and now have shadows on the screen. This problem did not exist before I installed the drivers and uninstalling catalyst doesn't seem to help either.

i right click the avi and go to properties/summary to view the length, codec used etc. etc. . . . . but the file info is no longer there. it used to be there and now its not and dont know why. anyone know how i can return this information? thanks.

wow i am impressed i bought a new case today - the only change from my old case is that it has a fan cut out right at the CPU level - with a duct about 4 inches long, that can extend to touch the CPU fan.

Hello, Did anyone have a problem with systray not loading? in 2003 server standard I installed a few apps that were fine on xp but after the reboot the systray is gone, even starting it from command line doesn't help(it doesn't start).
