I am trying to create a win2ksp4 with ie6 and dx9. I have successfully slipstreamed sp4 into win2k and it works. I have also tried wm9 and it works. I am still having trouble with ie6 and dx9. I created a auto install text to point to the folder where everything is stored.

Does anyone know any good web based MSN Messangers? I'm still trying to fix my but for now I just wanna try a few web based ones. So far I've been only tried EMessanger. It seems fine but sometimes it just doesn't send or recieve any messanges.

The older Western Digital hard drives have a partition proggy & in that proggy is a program called Dynamic Drive Overlay or DDO for short. This program allows booting off of CD-ROMS on boards that BIOS do not support this.

I have a processor chip that I am pretty sure is a 200 mhz but the chip that was on there was a 166 mhz. Now when it boots up, it says it's a 166 mhz still. I also swapped out another chip on another board & the same thing happens.

DISKEEPER 8. 0 PRO won't defrag my C: cuz it states that CHKDSK is scheduled to run upon next reboot. I reboot & nothing happens. I run a read-only CHKDSK and no errors are found. I can't run a CHDSK /F or NORTON DISKDOCTOR without having to reboot.

Easy CD Creator in XP having probs

hey all, I am using EasyCD Creator 5. 2b and for some odd reason when I go to burn a CD I get about 4-5% done and it freezes, crashes my burner nd the software. I don't get any error messeges the burner just stops writing and starts reading and freezes.

Grr, major annoyance here. I'm running 2k sp4. I have an old game that I wanted to run in 95 compatibility mode (wing commander1). So I used the command line info from here and it worked such that the game started and didnt drop back to desktop.
