Hi, I've got a little problem with Discworld Noir under Windows XP. . . First of all. Under the menu, if I hit resume, or options. . The game crashes. . But that's not a really big problem. So in ACT 1, after talking to the man on the ship.

Hallo! Some notes and questions referring to USB for Windows NT: DELL's USB-software for NT with the Inside-Outside Drivers works great with mem-sticks. Sticks don't come up with special drivers, they are plugged and recognized at once, a drive with new letter is created.

I received an e-mail with a. wmv video attachment. When I double-click the attachment, the file shows as open and playing, music and voices can be heard, and a still picture appears, There is, however, no movement in the video.

i installed ff7 on my laptop, i also installed the xp patch and ff7input patch it did work,however when i get to the part where i pick my charictars name the config goes back to normal i have managed to get the curser to the select option using the function button but i cant select it Pleez help

One of my backup hardrives is split into 3 partitions: 09. 77 NTFS Primary 09. 77 NTFS Extended 55. 02 NTFS Extended A long time back it was my main drive and I had intended for it to be system/games/storage but I no longer use it for that.

I found a nice tool lately, UMS. It's all about drive mapping and configuration in networks, with a nice GUI and some very nice features, even able to handle policies. It made all my scripting obsolete, most of the options can be handled per mouseclick.

When this last batch of Viruses hit the net, I read that microsoft shut it's Windows Update site down. Is it still down? I've loaded run the latest files from the Microsoft. com website, but if I try going to Windows Update, I get the old that site don't exist message.

Microsoft VM in XP_SP1 or Sun Java?

Seems that Microsoft VM uses less resources than Sun's Java browser plugin. . . any thoughts? Also, does SP2 (final or build 2055) break Microsoft VM? Don't remember where, but I think I came across the fact that build 2055 disables Java applets from loading/displaying in IE6_2055 regardless of security settings.

Does anyone know how to filter out spam in Mailwasher with subjects that are enocoded in base64, i. e. those that start with =?ISO-8859-1. . . . . . etc? It's doing my head in. I've reckon I've got the hang of creating filters for it pretty well, but I'm stumped with these 1s.

NT stops after loading files

Hi all, After loading Windows NT4. 0 Workstation, with the 3 disc floppy set, during the 3rd disc it tells me to put in the CD which I do. It then copies the files to C:\WINNT Upon finishing that process I am told to remove the floppy and CD and hit enter to finish the install process.

I have a small 12 user dental office that wants to implement SBS2003 so that they can utilize the calander sharing feature, but they also want exchange to handle the email for the company. Whats the best way to do this? Iknow about POP3 connectors, but they want the exchange server to be the POP server.
