hi, since i can't map port ranges in the Internet Connection Sharing, just single ports, i would like to know a good program to do the port redirect. Does anybody can recommend one?.

when I log in under my windows xp accounts it take a long time to load there personal setings then nothing boots up the start menu and icons are not on desktop. All i see is the background with nothing on it i have to go to Ctrl,alt del and type somthing into new task to get it to work.

Booting a Raid 1 Hard drive on a standard ide mb

Is there a way to boot one of the mirror hard drive off a standard ide channel? These hard drives are out of an old server that we put bigger drives in. I'm running Windows 2000 Server Family with an AMD MP 1600 adn 2 gigs of memory.

Explorer Hanging on boot

Recently, explorer has started hanging right after boot for about 30-60 seconds. During this time, if I click on the start menu or try to open explorer, I will just get the hourglass. After 30-60 seconds, whatever I clicked on will pop up and everything will be fine after that.

I am using win xp. I was wondering if my computer getting slower and the booting time takes over 4 or 5 minutes. is that problem due to motherboard or harddrive issue? I am using a temporary 2 mb buffer harddrive.

yeah i was looking at my CPU temps and i dunno if they are good or bad, they average around 20-30 degrees, celcius i think, im guessing thats good right? o well msg to tell waht u know and anyway to get it COLDER lol, cause i want my comp to be cold, which is good.

Why in Spider-Man The Movie PC Game only some levels i go to will freeze? Like the 2nd to last level, etc. Ok i was letting my 5 year old nephew play Spider-Man The Movie PC Game and the first level worked fine without freezing at all.

i just installed protowall, the newest version and when i click the program it says. . . protowall. sys is not loaded. Install the driver and reload the application I've already installed the program, and the driver shows up in the program folder, so what am i suppose to do here?.

Dear All, My cmputer has tripped out on me. Every time i try to start Windows Xp setup it gives me a STOP error with a different message depending on my hardware/bios settings. Right now I have a minimal set of hardware (hard drive, DVD drive, and video card).
