Scanport scanner will not work with Norton antivirus on winXP

Why won't my Scanport scanner work with my windowsXP? I get an error message blaming the error on Norton antivirus. Is there a way to fit this problem? If so please send a link or cure. .

Hello, trying to play MM7 on Wink 2k 2195, but while it is loading, it boots me back to my desktop. I'm using the Nividia 3. 75 drivers for my Creative TNT2 Ultra and all DXDiag tests passed. Any ideas other than running the game in Software Rendered mode? Thx!!.

XP seems to Hang unexpectedly

I've noticed recently, well, for a little while now, actually, that XP has began to hang quite frequently for no apparent reasons. Sometimes Windows hangs and restores itself within a couple of seconds/minutes; on other occasions, I have to restart the computer because it takes so long.

If anyone can help me I would be much appreciated. When Windows XP is loading it hangs on the welcome screen it stays there for a couple of minutes, But if you press any key it goes straight to the desktop and loads correctly, I have run Trojan remover, and Ad-aware and there are non on my system.

Hi, When I install directx 9. 0b from windows update site is seems to install properly. I don`t receive any kind of failure/problem message. However it doesn`t seem to be installed. When I reboot and go to windpows update, the file is still listed as need to be installed.

Need some opinions on this: I have always debated whether or not 4. 1 or 5. 1. or 6. 1 and even 7. 1 speakers are worth setting up or not. My desktop space is limited and my current 4. 1 setup is awful, its the Altec Lansing ACS54 4.

How do I save my workspace in Windows Explorer (XP Home, SP1), so that the same folders always extend when I open WinExplorer, and the same folders stay retracted? ive been having some trouble with my drivers not installing properly, and i think its being caused by bad settings being left in the registry. so, is there a way to completly reset the driver configuration? i seem to recall reading somewhere that there is some way to do this easily.

I recently purchased an ATI All in Wonder 128 Video card and I downloaded the newest drivers from the website and the newest version of the Multimedia center and after attaching the AV In Composite and attaching some components to it I found out that it doesn't show anything on the TV when they are plugged in.
