I'm running a Asus P4PE with a Pentium 2. 4 cpu. All the latest drivers a are installed, auto download on antivirus. Every 7 minutes this system is rebooting the error is driver_irql_not_or_equal. Error 0x00000001.

USB ISDN TA and telephone connection problem

I have a domestic telephone installation with 2 analog and one digital ISDN line (provided by British Telecom under the name 'Home Highway'). The ISDN line is connected via a CAT5 patch cable to an external USB Hayes Terminal Adapter, and from there to a laptop via a USB cable.

computer keeps resetting whenever i try to play a game help!

whenever i try to play a game the computer just restarts itself, I could be playing it for 30 seconds then it would just restart with a blue screen coming up, any ideas would be appreciated, heres the system im using: xp pro sp2 p3 1000mhzx2 ati 9200SE 128mb gfx card 640mb ram 2 73gb scsi hdd dvd-rw

Recently i was just spysweeping my pc with webroot spysweeper it showed 15min remaining at the same time Super RAM s/w was also running. So i just turned off my monitor & left it alone. After i came back the resolution was 640*480 and it was not changing back to any other reso.

system not recognizing usb flash drive

ok, I have using an older system running on Win98SE. I downloaded the required drivers need for SanDisk usb flash drive and ran the setup to install it. But USB port does not recoginze drive. I have manually tried to add the new hw but I receive error message that driver is not available.

Hi, I've just upgraded my PC from Win 98 to 2K and am now unable to connect to my ADSL. I have a Speedtouch DSL modem which is not showing any errors on the device manager and the diagnostics tool that came with it also shows that it is working fine.

Heh, I've got a 576k DSL connection and I love it. Only not too long ago I was plodding around with my old 56. 6k dial-up and the difference is quite staggering. I now that DSL isn't exactly top of the line as far as internet connections are concerned but it does everything I need it to do so I am happy.

HUH! well, yeah, i was using ym computer fine last night, (@ work now) and then today when i go to turn it on, i get c:\windows\systems32\pci. sys is missing or currupt. This happened to me here @ work as well a few times with an old mobo, i got a new mobo here, and it happened once agin.
