i am using the usb microsoft intellipoint mouse. every so often the optical light will go out and the mouse will not work. i unplug and plug it back in, and i will work again. also every so often the mouse cursor speed will slow down alot, and again i unplug and plug back, and it will return to normal speed.

i have a weried problwem. when ever i play a video it zooms in to so that you can see any thing. it focus on one part of the video. it messed up. i cant seem to zoom out or anything. it doesn't work for any of my media player all have the same problem.

Hi, i've encountered a problem that has been bothering me even after a format of the computer, please advice. . . I'm using win 98 SE and am on cable connection. Firstly, my computer makes 2. tmp files of 0 bytes in my computer windows folder, with names such as xxxxxxxx_{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}.

Hi, im the new one Okay, i'd like to know if anyone out there has managed to run Metal Fatigue under WinXP properly. The problem is that the game freezes after a few minutes. I tried all compatibility modes (win 9x/NT/2000) but nothing worked.

It seems that when I get into big battles (ie. 8 or 9 ComBots) it seems to crash. I'm gonna go through all the usual things to try and get it to work, but if anyone has gotten it to work flawlessly it would speed up the proccess a lot.

ACDSee 3.1 problem

I use ACDSee 3. 1 because I prefer it to the newer versions. When I create a folder and try to drag images in to it, it doesn't move the files, its just creates shortcut files to the images in the destination directory.

How to update Win2k's 'repair' folder?

When you use the repair option from the Win2k installation CD the installer restores your settings from the 'c:\winnt\repair' folder. Trouble is that this will restore your registry and security policy settings to installation defaults (envisage days of you setting up all of your software and tweaks again.
