@ guy with autoexec. nt prob the reason for this message is: This file dosn't exist in you win\system32 dir. You have to copy it from your win\repair dir to the system32 manually. make sure its copyprotected, or it will be deleted after your next reboot.

"Optimize for quick removal" option for hard disk,

When I go into the device manager, select my extra 20GB WD drive (both my HDs are in removable carriers, can be quickly removed and added) and want to optimize for quick removal, the option is not available.

Infinite Loop sound crash in Counter-Strike

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else here got infinite looping sound problem in Counter-Strike? Like I would be playing CS for like 20 mins then the game would freeze and the sound would loop forever.

Works fine until you install Army Men - World War. . . . Then all of the Army Men games flip & crash. If you don´t install it runs just fine. Compatibility mode did not help either.

IE6 through GPO

I am trying to deploy ie6 through GPO to users. Using the ie6 wrapper and setting to install using elevated privilages, the install goes well and there seems to be no problem. But if I go to: to test the java I get Java Script Error.

Several of the people in my address book reported that they have received E-mails from me that contain 2 attached files, one zipped (with virus) and other file that is corrupted. I did not send out any of those files my self.

I juat installed Roller Coaster Tycoon Loopy Landscapes on my computer and it tells me it is not compatable with Windows XP. How can I fix this? I cannot install it on Windows 98, it tells me it is missing 'Data3.

explorer.exe crashes with .mp3 files????

Ok. Here's the scoop. Any and all. mp3 files on my system will crash explorer. exe whenever I right click on them, or highlight and delete them. Or highlight then go to Edit and use an action. I have scoured the internet and found nothing that works.

the game only allows me to get the the multiplayer loading screen. . . it wont let my pc pick up any other players. . . wat is going on??? i hav all the patches and i switch off all the firewalls on the pc and my anti-virus software.
