Windows 2000 thinks I have more than one processor.

I recently installed Windows 2000 (SP4) on a machine I built myself (Asus P5AD2 Premium motherboard) and on task manager and a couple other programs it says I have two CPUs installed when I don't. Does anyone know how to fix the problem? Thank you.

SkyStar 2 problems with Win2003 Server

I can't make it work under win2003. . . I use latest drivers for winXP because there are no other drivers but when win2003 install that drivers it just wrote in system Device cannot initialaze driver and cannot start in winXP it works perfectly.

Hey all, Hopefully someone has some ideas here. Had issue with Xp Pro loading, so after some tinkering, decided to repair install. Buggy, so formatted partition C of large drive and clean install. That worked great.

Upon trying to install Sonar 2. 0 XL on my Windows XP PC, it promptly tells me that I don't have Direct X 8. 1 installed, which is right, I have Direct X 9. The problem is that I can't go any further until it thinks I have Direct X 8.

Internet Connection problem after uninstall Norton antivirus 2003 manually! Help

I have uninstalled Norton Antivirus manually and after I reboot the computer, my laptop cannot connect to the internet anymore and keep saying that it cannot renew the ip address. I have tried many things including uninstall and reinstall the network adapter and also tried to use winsock xpfix, but all don't help.

I loaded Simms Deluxe and it worked just fine. Now as it starts to load, it gets to where it is loading the emotional parameters and hangs a minute then kicks me back to the desktop screen. No error message is produced.

When I play Rainbow6 Rogue Spear, after a while of playing, if I select load plans in the setup phase, my system completely reboots! But I have had a lot of other probs as well - Outlook slow as snail mail, Outlook Express taking forever to download messages, system slowing down and behaving erratic.

Well I installed RC2 today and I was extremely dissapointed to see that the problem concerning Geforce2 MX/400 cards hasn't been resolved yet. Problem: on the start of the install the screen goes black , system freezes and that's it.
