I have two problems. . when I installd my win xp pro it workt greate. . . but after I isntalt servpack2 al the background are BLACK (so I only see the units and buildings) I have tryd isntalld new drivers to my grafic card but it dåsent help.

Hi, I just moved to uni, and am unable to take advantage of the increibly great connection because I can't get any games to play online. I've configured to proxy as told and IE works fine, but when I try to play CoD I get 'waiting for response from master server' and it just doesn't get one.

OleMainThreadWnd error while shutting down

I get OleMainThreadWnd -error when I'm shutting down my NT4. Clicking End task will will free the shutdown process, but It's annoying to always click End task -button. Is there any solution to stop this? I've tried even to install the windows againg, but no help.

Lego Creator Problem

Well I bought Lego Creator off of ebay a while back, and I tried everything like running in compadability mode and stuff,then I found this site, read all 3 lego creator topics, read the compadibility FAQ, and looked it up in the compadability tab.

hi i just switched to a router and every like 5-10 mins cs 1. 6 would just show this red letter message in the top right hand side. it says failed to transfer cl_flushingpacket??? and when i switch to my modem, it always work.

Nero 6 / "Drive in use..." error

Because there's a possibility that someone will run into something like this, I figure I'd post my findings here. The error occurs in Nero 6 (up to 6. 0. 0. 11) where after finalizing your compilation and thus be set to burn, you'd get an error stating Drive is in use by another application.

Hi Guys, this is the scenario: 4 workstations running Win98 SE, and another workstation acting as a file server running Win2k Professional. When I go to Network Places in any of the Win98 workstations, there are no visible PC's, and if I double click Entire Network it gives the error could not access network.

I setup a network with XP home Sp1 Last week and all works fine. Last night i installed a hub and 2 pcs with Xp home SP2 and they cant see each other. Heres the setup : - 2 desktops, Xp Home SP2. They dont need internet access - 1 x 5 Port hub , - 1 x A3 scanner.
