Descent 2 Automap (Divide by zero)

I'm trying to run Descent 2 on Windows XP, but every time I go to the automap, I'm getting a Divide by zero error. I've tried reinstalling, and I've tried the Windows patch, but I'm still getting the problem.

Sidewinder Game Pad stops responding in Madden 2002

Hey guys, I have a weird problem that I hope to fix. I have a Sidewinder Game Pad (the basic model). Whenever I play Madden 2002 using the SGP the controller begins to act up. Basically what happens is the controller stops responding.

Using exchange over a two way trust

I have 2 domains (lets call them D1 and D2)which are connected by a two-way trust. D1 hosts our exchange enviroment. D2 is newly created for a temporary department. Users in D2 need to have mail accounts setup in D1.

my friend send me a word file through email and i can read it perfectly in office XP, but when i try to open it with word 2000, i just can't see the picture which is inside the file. . dose anyone have any ideas ? THX ~!!!.

Problems installing nt4.0 on a serial ata drive

Trying to install NT4. 0 on a Dell PC (160GB serial ATA Drive). Have successfully installed W2k & XP Pro. When running NT4 setup, it does not see the hard disk. Have hit f6 key during install which allows setup to continue but when PC restarts setup fails.

Hi Everyone! I bought the Sims 2 and unable to install it! When I try to install directX 9, it fails and gives me a popup that explains Cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted What do i do? It say I have Direct X 8.

WinRar as it now supports 7-zip archives, great for my, ahem, collection of stuff I still however use the old DOS based ZIP tool for my older DOS boxes for game archives and such

Can't read e-mail in Outlook Exress - HELP

I had a problem with my Outlook express, I had a message saying that the MSOE. DLL could not be initialized. I fixed that by reinstalling Outlook Express. Now Outlook Express opens up and picks up my mail but when I click on an e-mail nothing shows in the preview window.

Just wondering, is it possible to get rid of the text on the taskbar icons so that when you have a program ruuning you only get the icons for it and not the text next to it in Windows XP Pro without using a third party program? Thanks in advance

Hi, I just bought some PC2700 SODIMM ram for my dell laptop. I made sure it was the right type and everything but when I try to boot it up, the little lock thingy with an A on it just blinks, then it shuts off.

Dude I fought with that bewitched sp. html & sp. htm about blank hijacking problem for months. Hijack this and adaware would get rid of it only temporarily. I ran this tool and it is completely gone.

Ok. . . here is the deal. I have 2 computers. Computer 1 is wired to my Belkin 802. 11b wireless router. Computer 2 is wireless. When Computer 2 gets online and starts accessing the web, I will notice lag spikes from Computer 1 to the Belkin router.
