HI guys, Something strange happens with my computer. It advised me of low storage space. I then uninstalled big programs like adbobe acrobat, office, etc. All of them should have more than 1. 5 GB.

ok. . . . i have: amd atholon, 999mhz 1. 5 gigs ram ati all in wonder 7500 network to dsl connection quake iii arena (v1. 11) demo In game my ping gets down to 14 to 20 on average. (ive hit 6 b4) My fps peaks at 200 well 199 actually, but its range is from like 54fps to 199fps.

CD-ROM only reading CD on initial boot

I'm not sure what to do on this one, so I'm looking for a little advice or help. I have a CD-Rom drive that is only reading a CD when I initially boot the PC. If I swap the CD after I'm in windows, it won't read it or any future CDs and it won't even acknowledge a CD is in the drive.

I haven't yet found another forum out there that provides the level of support we do here, with the level of expertise, and the general lack of flaming and trolls (apart from the Halo vs Half Life thread a couple of weeks ago) I think we should all be proud of what we've done here! The sims2 buiding problem

The problem is, everything works fine, except when i try to build walls, plant trees, it doesn't do anything. When I try using chairs & tables etc, it does work. Only the interior works. I use a no cd patch so I don't have to use the cd, but I don't think these things load from the cd right? So how can I fix this? ...

We are running Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003. However, none of the users have mailboxes set up, and out domain provider has not changed the domain settings to point toward our Exchange server. We can send mail from an account, so SMTP is working, but like I said, no one has a mailbox yet.

Why such slow up speed?

Im trying to send a file to a friend of mine but it's only upping at 21KB/sec and my upload speed from my ISP is 256, he's got a good cable connection too. I tried using AIM and Easy File Sharing, and getthe same speeds.

HI EVERY1, I HAVE THE SIMS, IT WORKS FINE. BUT ONE OF MY SIMS, HAS ALL THE ASPERATION METER FILLED IN, SO SHE HAS ENOUGH ASPERATION POINTS TO GET AN ITEM. I GOT A SHADES THINGEY, SHE WORE THEM AND I DNT NO HOW TO GET THEM OFF AGIAN.

It is good that I can boot in safe mode, so I can delete all the drivers for hard disks and cd /dvd roms, cause doing that the pc smooth ...

This is moi problem. I have DX6 cause i downloaded the unofficial version. THen i installed it and stuff. Next i installed TA. When i try to run it the screen goes black for awhile then it returns to windows!!! What do i go ppl???.

Tie Fighter Collectors - Old Game, but I want to play it!!!!

Title says it all. . . . Tie Fighter collectors series (Part of the X-Wing collectors series) in the UK. Any idea's on how to get it running under both Windows 2000 and Windows XP? First of all the launcher wants to install DirectX 5.

I've waxed nostolgic and went back to play Tie Fighter CD collector's edition but the sound won't work. The sound card set up says there's no compatible sound card. I was wondering if there was any way to fix it.
