moved files to a folder and now cannot delete or move them

hi, i moved a folder into another folder to hide it and now i cant read it, move it or delete it. . the folder, i found out, was a temporary folder made for windows update. the reason it was there i guess is because i aborted an install of the updates.

Intel 915 GAV mobo LAN card problem

I have Intel 915 GAV mobo with 3. 0Ghz 800mhz FSB HT Processor 256 Mb DDR 400mhz RAM and 160+40 GB HDD I was running my LAN on RTL 8029AS PCI card which is 10 mb card and the max LAN transfer speed i could attain was 1 mbps up/down I shifted to Dlink 538 TX recently which is 10/100 mb card.

Ive tried to burn a disk of mp3s thru Nero, it starts but then stops. It says a few things, scsi command aborted, drive not ready, could not perform endtrack, and invalid write state. Ive tried burning at diff speeds, that doesnt help.

when i try to start sims 2 it comes up with a message saying CD/DVD emulation software has been detected. Please disable all CD/DVD emulation software and re start the game what software do you think they are talking about? Please anyone know how to solve this problem tell me!!!!!!.

direct x 9.0 download failure everywhere

Im trying to download direct x 9. 0 and when i try to download from microsofts website it says cabinet file cant be trusted during initialization. also have new dvd burner and needs direcct x 9. 0 but on the instalation disk the direct x download stops and sayshas not passed windows logo testing.

Friend of mine is having a problem with the TCP/IP stack on his Win 98SE system. . . uninstalling & reinstalling the TCP/IP protocol did not solve the problem. . . he has absolutely no connection to the internet at all.

File Sharing- I know hackers and spyware can result from filesharing, but is it possible to get viruses from file sharing? I need a knowledgable source, what is the best file sharing program that has the least spyware, hackers, etc? I have limewire, but its full of spyware.

Adobe Photoshop 6. 0 was working just fine until a week ago. What I am experiencing now is system-wide lag (hanging) when task switching to Photoshop after not using it for 15-20 minutes. The lag lasts for about 10 seconds before Windows eventually decides to hand control over to Photoshop.
