Star Trek New Worlds Help!

Help! I'm trying to run Star Trek New Worlds in Windows XP but it won't run the program. It goes through the beginning video and everything, but after getting to the screen to begin playing and i pick what i want, the screen goes black and it brings up an error saying that it encountered a problem and has to close.

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me, Today I put in a replacement dhcp server (Win 2k) and took the old one off dhcp, I copied the exact settings to the new one but for some reason it does ont issue any ip's.

Problem with Intel 915GAG and Celeron D please help!!!!!!

I just built a PC, using an intel 915GAG and an Intel Celeron D 2. 53Ghz, with 256mg of RAM. I'm using all on onboard components. Once XP is installed I use the intel driver disk to intall drivers and everything works fine until I put on the Video/Graphics Driver, then the machine freezes up with in a few minutes.

Hi everyone, I have strange problem with my windows xp sp2. When starting computer after welcome icon of user appered and when click on it to LOG ON windows LOGGING OFF. I tried safety mode and all rest and always end with same LOGGING OFF.

Hi. On my LAN I have a WIN98SE computer, and a JetDirect printerserver 500X. My other Windows and Linux computers can print to my 2 printers via the printerserver, but I can't get the win98se to see the printerserver.

Ok this is starting to piss me off when you make a web site how do you make it fit perfectly on each persons browsers it fits on 1280x1024 but when peoples computer setting are set to a different size like 800x600 it runs off there screen so you have to scroll right to see the rest.

I just intalled SP2 over SP1, in a bid to fix a problem with hal. dll - i. e. , my PC doesn't think it's there, and I was advised to try re-installing XP, and that should fix it. Well, it didn't, so I still have the CD in the drive to get it to start up.

Setting 1 Outlook.pst file to be used by multiple computers?

Hello, Is it possible for multi computers to access one. pst file? So this way instead of people all needing to use 1 computer - then can connect to the. pst file on a network drive and get the email for that account on their computers - but this way all sent emails and such are all saved in that one.

I have recently re installed xp pro on my pc and unfortunatley i have re installed it instead of replaced it, I now have two lots of xp installed which obviously takes up space and also makes me choose which to use on start up, two versions of xp pro or xp pro safe.

New AMD 64 processor and DFI motherboard; can't install XP. HELP!!!

I purchased a new AMD 64 3400+ processor and a DFI Lanparty UT EF3 250 motherboard. I have problems installing Windows XP. I boot nuked the HD so I could start with a clean slate. I repartitioned the HD and installed XP only to have the screen freeze up at the Windows log on screen and then the blue screen of death.

Can't use mouse

Have a 3 year old compaq laptop running XP. Out of nowhere, the mouse stopped working (I see the arrow on screen but can't move it). Plugging in an external mouse doesn't work either. Keyboard seems to work OK.

Using Hewlett Packard, Windows ME The computer i'm using has a burner install internally so my cd-drive is the burner. Now i cannot burn any Cds for some reason it said that there was an error during the burning at around 20%-30%.

System freeze when wireless card installed

I have purchase a Blitzz Super G router with firewall. On my old PC I had a 801. 11g wireless card and started having problems. My solution was to buy a new PC and new Blitzz Super G wireless card. Following the instructions I installed the software first and placed the card as far as possible from the AGP port.
