should my CPU always be running at 100% when im playing a game, jw cuz i have a thread about my comp always locking up and was wondering if it should be like that. .

Well I currently reinstalled my windows 2000, and I whant to install anoter input language to be avaible in Language Bar (romanian to be more specic). But it's not in the list. There are a lot of languages in that list but, not romanian.

Hi, I took a full image of my hard drives with Norton Ghost 9. 0 and when I restored my C drive (Windows Xp Professional) it worked , but when I tried to restore other drives this error accured : Unable to open image file.

Hey guys, Does anyone know where are the save game profiles located,the profiles of the games that we play?I want to format my hard-drive but want to first save my saved game profile. It is not found in MY DOCUMENTS/EA GAMES folder.

Please Help! I'M Lost! WIN XP to 2003 Server

Hi, I have an older windows machine that was running windows XP PRO just fine. I decided I was going to use it as a server and proceded to upgarde to the Windows SBS 2003. After copying the files, the setup restarted the computer and when it came back up, nothing but a blank screen.

I installed sp2 a week ago and all since then my computer hasnt been the same, it crashes , internet going low-speed etc. Whats the problem? it should be all compatible! Help!.

I have heard rumors that the 64 bit flavor of XP will be OEM only, meaning you wont be able to purchase just the OS. Anyone heard anything to the contrary? Jeff.

Help ! My computer seems to dislike XP. Recently I have Upgraded to windows XP from Windows 98. After using it for a month or so I decided to format my computer and have istalled XP again. From then onwards when ever I try to install huge software and simultaneosly download my comp restarts unexpectedly.

italic textI have a SiS 630/730 video card and when I play freelancer the text is flickering and/or vanishing!I know there is a way to fix it by changing the flconfigdatabase. txt, but my card is not listed in that file so it wont work for me! Does anyone know how to fix this problem?.

hi, i just bought a geforce 4mx series video card. . . and i know im gonna sound stupid for asking this but. . . what type of slot does it need? agp right? it doesnt fit into what i think are the pci slots of my computer (where you can put internet cards, etc).

Remote Desktops 2003 Add-in: Prevent printer Mapping??

The RDP client software that comes with XP, etc allows you to prevent printer mapping on the machine you're remotely connected to (normally it maps your local printers to that machine). I can't find any such option in the 2003 Resource Kit MMC Snap-in, nor can I find a group policy option to stop this from happening.

RAS dial in to Network, cannot view network

Frustrated here, but maybe it's something obvious i'm overlooking. We have a LAN (Win NT 4. 0) that has RAS dial in service on it. Sales personnel use it to dial into to obtain a dialup internet connection when out on the road.
