ok i had directx9. 0b and could not install the sims 2. it said i needed directx9. 0c. i have spent months trying everthing to install it but nothing. then yesterday i found the solution. First download the directx9.

Ok, I'm not too good with computers so I had my friend help me install a new video card and some more memory, but it seems like it hasn't changed. Now my cpu usage is at 100%, even just using mozilla.

Hi I just bought a Gigabyte K8NS model (nf3 250) motherboard, and bought a new AMD 64 bit 3000+ 754 Socket. I have a ASUS 9600 XT 128 MB (AGP 8X/4X/2X). I have assembled all cables and etc. correctly.

Hi. . . I know this is a old game but i start it up. . . no problem and when i actualy get into the game and tell it to start. . . like i pick a weapon and that stuff and i click hunt and it starts loading then it gives me a heap allication error saying something is wrong with the V_SOFT file.

I just got windows antispyware beta program and i used it and it found Invisible Stealth Keylogger on my computer. It got rid of it no problem and restarted my computer but when it booted back up i couldn't use my keyboard.

No computers/printers show up in W2k3 domain

Having an intermittent problem with Active Directory on our W2k3 domain controller. Every so often, when you browse Microsoft Windows Network -> OurDomian, the list of computers is empty. When this happens, printers no longer show up in the directory.

Deskjet 712C and 722C purple cast in XP?

For the past several weeks I have noticed that photos printed on my HP deskjet 712C have had a purplish cast. I have been trying to print the thumbnails at Most of these indoor pictures were taken with incandescent light and should be very warm in tone.

eVGA 6600GT running hot?

Hi, I just got a new eVGA 6600GT, it's running idle at about 89-91C. The only thing I've done to it is add copper ramsinks. My system is a Shuttle SN25P, with 1x512MB corsair xms ddr400 and an athlon64 3200+.
