Sysprep Error Message

I am getting an error message stating There is an incompatibility between this tool and the current operating system Unable to Continue This is a clean install of Windows XP w/ Service Pack 2 from a Microsoft Select cd.

Sorry about the long post, but you guys are going to need all the facts. . . I have 2 servers connection to five sites. Each site has a localised DSL connection end to end for traffic. Both machines are 2003 server SP1.

Sims2 failure

I just bought the Sims2. I installed DirectX 9. 0c but when I try to play the game I get the message Failed to find any DirectX 9. 0c compatible graphics adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9.

Who is running windows 64?

I need to reformat and seeing as I have a 64bit processor, I would love to run windows xp 64, however, I dont konw if it will support all the drivers I need supported (such as my old ass scsi card and nikon ls2000 slide scanner).

Problem with IE on XP

Hi, I'm having a really weird problem with IE resetting the Check for newer versions of stored pages option to never after it has been repeatedly set to always. The only difference between this computer and the installation of XP and another I have of the same model is that this particular system also has AOL 9.

EverQuest wont login at college!

Hey all! I just moved into the dorms at college. I installed Cisco Systems: Clean Access Agent on my PC as it is required. Everything works fine until I try to log onto EverQuest or Limewire! It gives me a messege similar to you are not connected to the internet or something to that extent.

I have two desktops and one laptop, the former both running Windows XP and the laptop running Windows 2000. I have installed this game with no problem on the smaller of the desktops and laptop but when I try to install on my main system I get an error message saying: E:/WNDOWS/SYSTEM32/AUTOEXEC.

Gigabyte GA-7ZXE not POSTing

My brother was nice enough to give me his old 1. 2ghz Duron in a Gigabyte GA-72XE. I wanted to use this as a nice NT server to host some files, however it is not going as planned. To tell you what I did, I first went to: I have the manual and I plugged in everything it needed.

ASUS A8N SLi Deluxs and Bios problems

For the longest time, I couls not update the BIOS on my motherboard to anything higher than 1007. And with the new AMD 64 4000+ CPU and the new SATA II HD I got, it was needed to get to the latest BIOS, 1013.

Trouble with Septerra Core in w2k sp4

I'm having two problems with Septerra Core in Win2k SP4. 1) Even after applying the 1. 02 patch the sound will still occasionaly stick like a scratched record and loop 2-3 times before continuing. 2) The more serious problem is that the game now crashes at the same point every time.
