How to add Polish keyboard layout to w2000pro?

Hey guys, been a while since I last visited. I'm just wondering, how can I add polish keyboard layout to my gf's windows 2000 machine? It's an english installation of w2k and it doesn't have the polish key configuration in the keyboard settings menu in the control panel, even though she is using a polish keyboard.

Hi everyone, I've seen a previous thread about this old game, and tried to act on it. I've downloaded dosbox, and tried to install the game and run it on a mounted drive. All I get is a unable to initialize your audio hardware messge in the dosbox window, and then it just sits there with black screen.

Prompted for Passport for no apparent reason

Hi Gang, It seems like this has happened maybe 10 times now. I get this prompt for my passport and can't figure out where it's originating from. The only local process that could/should be asking for that is MSN Messenger, but when I look in task manager it says Explorer.

Like most of us out there, I've grown quite tired of the Windows splash screen on startup. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do change it in Windows XP. I know how to do it on 9x machines, but they've changed the logo file and I'm kind of stuck.

Hi i recently had a hard drive crash and had to replace it & reinstall xp. The problem is i had some music stored on another hard drive, i can see the files using explorer but when i try to run them i get this error message off media player Windows Media Player cannot access the file.

Hey, when I open RPG maker on my pc with no internet connection it says could not get trial serial from server. I have tried connecting the computer to the internet but although it says it has connected (vie ethernet) it will not load any web pages and will not connect to the server.

Fast downloads but slow uploads on Server 2003

I am running a file server on Windows Enterprise Server 2003, and I am experiencing decently acceptable download speeds but extremely slow upload speeds. All the machine on the network are Windows XP Pro systems, and they all have Microsoft file and print sharing installed and enabled.

hi there. . i installed a geforce 4 mx 440-agp8x card. . i could not install the new drivers from nvidia so,i installed the drivers from the cd provided along with the card. . but i saw that in dxdiag the main driver is sisgrv.

I used Drive Image 5. 0 for a number of years. Then I rebuilt my daughter's computer and added a 260 gig harddrive. I did several images successfully then discoved that I was having trouble seeing already created images on the new computer and I can no longer create new images.

Yeah. . . Whenever I run the sutoplay and press the install button, the window closes and the program does nothing, as if I never clicked. I already tried compying and pasting the install. exe file onto the desktop and doing all that compatability stuff, but that didn't work.

I have a machine that runs PERFECTLY STABLE, but is a bit slow for the work I do which is image editing in Photoshop (LARGE IMAGES WITH LOTS OF LAYERS). So, I am trying to upgrade to a new CPU/Motherboard combo.

ive installed the game which took 4ever! but it needs a internet connection and microsoft® directx 9. 0 but when ive stalled it and its inicializing my computer or something it comes up with cabinet file cannot be trusted and i have to have it off a microsoft authorized website ive searched 4 all the.

AoE2 Causes Crashes in XP2 Home

Are there any XP2 Home Edition patches for Age of Empires 2? The game keeps causing my system to hang or crash to black and causing all sorts of problems due to not shutting down and booting up properly, seemingly to do with memory address conflicts.

I've been trying to get I'76 to run on WinXP. I'm sure someone has been able to get it to run. If you know how, please tell me. I can get to the in-game menu, but selecting anything causes the game to crash.

Are there any LightScribe Capable drives with a SATA connector?

Hi Gang, Are there any LightScribe DVD Burners with a SATA connector. I have a computer repair class project and the server motherboard I selected doesn't have ATA on it all. I realize I can just slap in a PATA controller, but I would really rather not do that unless it's absolutely necessary.
